The study focuses on six key themes, awareness, current use and recruitment, strategy and leadership, skills and enablement, barriers and challenges, and agent AI, providing a deeper understanding of how AI is implemented today and its impact on the future of work.

The key findings are as follows:

  • Only 20% of organizations plan to hire AI experts or leaders for the next 12-18 months.
  • AI has not affected the workforce planning of 51% of the organization.
  • Only 8% of survey participants felt that their organizations were “very well” responding to the changing AI landscape.
  • 86% of business leaders believe that AI will have a positive impact on team work over the next two years. Meanwhile, only 56% believe that AI will have a positive impact on their role over the next two years.
  • 33% of workers are concerned about moving jobs through the agent AI system.
  • Security or compliance concerns continue to be the biggest barrier that prevents teams from using AI more regularly for 53% of respondents.
  • 64% of organizations offer AI-related training or high-end opportunities.
