Kesari Lal Yadav, a Bhojpuri actor and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) candidate from Chhapra in Bihar, reportedly received a notice from Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) in Thane on November 5, 2025 directing him to demolish an allegedly illegal structure in his bungalow in Mira Road area (here, here, here). Amid this, several videos (here, here, here, here, here) showing buildings being destroyed by bulldozers have gone viral on social media, with claims that they show Yadav’s house being demolished. Let’s find out the truth behind this video.

Claim: The video shows Bhojpuri actor and RJD candidate Kesari Lal Yadav’s house being demolished by authorities after a notice was served by the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation.
fact: The viral video was generated by AI. Visual inconsistencies and watermarks from the AI tool Pixverse were observed in the footage. The AI detection tool Hive also confirmed that the video was generated by AI 99.2% of the time. Additionally, there are no credible reports of any demolition activity as of November 13, 2025. So the argument goes like this: error.
To test this claim, we took a closer look at this viral video and noticed that several versions of the video contained a watermark that read: Picverse AIan artificial intelligence tool used to generate videos from text prompts. This indicates that the viral clip was generated by AI.

While investigating viral videos, we noticed several inconsistencies that indicate digital manipulation. For example, the slightest touch from a bulldozer will cause an entire wall to collapse unnaturally. The movements of both the bulldozer and the falling structure are jerky and look unrealistic. Additionally, the same side of the house looks different in different frames of the video. In particular, the side grill that is knocked over by the bulldozer suddenly turns into a wall as it falls. This is a common error in AI-generated visuals. These discrepancies strongly suggest that the viral video was generated by AI.

To verify whether the video was generated by AI, we analyzed it using the AI detection tool Hive. The tool showed with 99.2% confidence that the video was generated by AI.

Further, while it is true that Kesari Lal Yadav has received a notice from the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC), a keyword search reveals that there are no credible reports of any demolition activity carried out by the city as of November 13, 2025. This is further confirmation that the viral video showing bulldozers destroying homes is irrelevant and fabricated.
In summary, a viral video that claims to show a bulldozer destroying RJD Bihar candidate Kesari Lal Yadav’s Mumbai home was generated by AI.
