No new apps or technical training is required to integrate AI-powered features into PAR's core products, including Point of Sale (POS), drive-thru, loyalty, back-office, and payments.
Built-in with the PAR OPS platform, coach AI is designed for local coaches and managers, providing immediate answers by eliminating the need for human intervention in data analysis and interpretation, freeing up time for staff training and guest engagement.
Users can ask natural language questions, and coach AI retrieves live data from sources such as POS, inventory, labor scheduling, and presents visualizations and key performance indicator grids without switching between platforms.
Looking forward to fall 2025, PAR Technology plans to introduce marketing intelligence assistants for marketers within the PAR engagement platform.
This assistant leverages conversational AI to turn campaign and customer data into actionable insights, providing analysis on loyalty program performance, digital orders and customer engagement metrics, thereby eliminating the need for custom reporting and manual feedback analytics.
