Validity delivers next-generation AI email platform

AI News

Validity has debuted a next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) platform designed to help marketers launch compelling campaigns with confidence, speed, and impact.

Validity Engage is built to help enterprise marketing teams move faster and make smarter decisions by preventing problems before they impact campaign performance. Engage helps marketers spot risks early, know what to do next, and do it with confidence.

Unlike point solutions that only learn from limited internal data, Engage is trained on Validity’s ever-expanding data network, which processes more than 2.5 billion data points every day, representing the majority of the world’s commercial email traffic.

Mark Briggs of Validity

According to Mark Briggs, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Validity, this deep learning enables AI to help teams predict outcomes and clarify decisions that were previously made by teams after the fact or through significant manual intervention.

“We’ve spent years building the largest and most trusted data network in marketing,” Briggs said in a statement. “Engage leverages that intelligence to help marketers know what’s coming, act faster, and deliver better campaigns with far less friction. The platform uncovers revenue opportunities, optimizes content, and automatically fixes issues with every email a business sends.”

4 agents in Engage

Engage supports real-world marketing execution, enabling teams to identify and mitigate risks before sending campaigns. Move from insight to action faster without added complexity. Run consistently powerful campaigns at scale

Engage is made up of four specialized agents who work as part of the platform across all submissions.

  • Ignition agent: A base agent that automatically flags and remediates rendering, code, and compliance risks proactively.
  • Guardian Agent: Monitor subscriber experience and deliverability to help senders catch issues early.
  • Expression agent: Generate on-brand copy and variants for subject lines, bodies, and CTAs so more emails meet your brand standards by default.
  • Insight agent: Shows how senders are competing with competitors and missing out on revenue opportunities.

Matt Gore, Chief Technology Officer at Validity, said: “Agentic AI is only as accurate as the data and tools behind it, and we built an AI engine that leverages the richest and most trusted dataset in email.” With Engage, we turn data into actionable, always-on support across the campaign lifecycle, a level of insight unmatched in the industry. ”

litmus test offering

Alongside the release of Engage, the company announced enhancements to deliverability features within the Litmus platform to give email marketers greater visibility into campaign performance. First-time users of Litmus can view aggregated inbox, spam, and tab placement data across recent campaigns, understand where individual emails are landing, and quickly identify underperforming sends within the platform they already trust for email creation and testing.

“Email marketers need clear answers about deliverability beyond the surface-level metrics provided by ESP,” said Cynthia Price, senior vice president of marketing at Validity. “By providing marketers with insight into inbox placement and campaign-level deliverability directly, Litmus is a true end-to-end email solution uniquely built to serve enterprise customers.”

To further remove friction in marketing execution, Validity has introduced an unlimited pricing model across its solutions. By eliminating seat caps and usage-based limits, unrestricted access makes it easier to follow best practices and scale innovation.
