AI has made it possible for any employee to build software in minutes. As a result, vibe-coded software has exploded across enterprises, much of it built outside of traditional IT processes and lacking the governance, visibility, and control that enterprises require.

This release comes as the pace of construction accelerates and organizations struggle to deploy, manage, and operate their software securely and at scale. In a recent IBM survey, 77% of CxOs reported that AI adoption is already outpacing their current governance capabilities.

“Thanks to AI, writing software has become almost effortless. The hard part is no longer building it, but connecting that software to a system and knowing what is running, can be trusted, and who is responsible. We started calling it ‘wild code’ because we saw that challenge come up again and again among our customers. Once we understood the problem, it became clear that simply bolting AI into existing products was not the answer,” said Eoin Hinchey, co-founder and CEO of Tines. “We built Tines 3B because we believe enterprises need an environment specifically designed to build, run, and manage AI-generated workflows, applications, and agents.”

Tines 3B helps organizations build with AI while giving IT and security the control to safely execute that work at enterprise scale. Tines 3B allows users to:

  • Build: With 3B, users describe what they want in natural language, and Tines 3B builds it and connects it to organization-approved tools, systems, and data.
  • Execution: Builders can instantly deploy apps, agents, and automation across the enterprise. Runs securely with credential protection, isolated execution, and full logging. 3B’s self-healing capabilities fix inconsistencies and edge cases to ensure critical work continues to run.
  • Monitoring: The 3B environment serves as a single place to view and adjust all apps, agents, integrations, and automations that occur across your systems.

Teams can build workflows directly in Tines 3B or other recommended coding assistants and use 3B to run and monitor their entire workflow environment from a single system.

Tines 3B was built by security and IT professionals, for security and IT professionals, for environments where failures have significant consequences. All workflow steps run in a completely isolated environment, run and disappear. This makes cross-contamination between runs or users structurally impossible. Sensitive data is never exposed and governance is built in from the beginning.

“Tines has been a trusted tool for our IT teams for many years, and 3B is an exciting step forward,” said Emanuele Sparvoli, senior director of IT at Fin, formerly known as Intercom. “We provide an environment where employees across the organization can build their own workflows, while our IT teams maintain the control and governance they need to innovate at scale.

“Like many IT teams, we are thinking carefully about the governance challenges that come with AI: security risks, rising costs, and shadow AI. 3B’s governance and monitoring capabilities, including strong credential protection and access controls, were central to our decision to deploy 3B. We’ve been deploying it for a few weeks, and we already know that 3B will become a critical part of how we build teams at Fin.”

Founded in Dublin in 2018 by Eoin Hinchey and Thomas Kinsella, Tines was most recently valued at $1.125 billion in a Series C raise in 2025. Tines has tripled its enterprise customer base year-over-year, with companies such as Coinbase, SAP, Experian, Reddit, Notion, and Mars relying on the platform for their most critical workflows. 124% net revenue retention, 302% increase in AI feature adoption, and 59% weekly to monthly active user ratio, benchmarks more commonly associated with consumer applications than enterprise software, reflect deeper adoption across the customer base.

While Tines 3B is available now, the original Tines platform, Tines Stories, continues to power customers’ mission-critical workflows. For more information, visit tines.com/3b.
