This platform will be made available through: Amazon Web Services Marketplace. Enabling carriers to discover, deploy, and manage products within a cloud-based ecosystem.

Built on native AWS services including: Amazon bedrock, amazon connectand AWS step functionsthis solution integrates with your existing billing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Use agent AI to analyze payment behavior, monitor potential payment risks, and autonomously trigger actions such as setting up payment arrangements and initiating customer follow-ups across channels such as messaging platforms, chat, voice, and SMS.

According to Tech Mahindra, the platform is designed to transform traditional manual and reactive collection processes into automated workflows. The system continuously evaluates data signals to determine appropriate payment assistance options and orchestrates customer engagement while maintaining compliance protection and human oversight for complex cases.
