Salesforce previewed new features in its Field Service app suite on Tuesday, giving an early look at a new mobile app powered by the company’s EinsteinGPT-generated AI engine.

Last month, the company introduced EinsteinGPT, Salesforce’s generative AI engine, trained on large-scale language-foundation models such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and open-source-based Anthropic.

The company said it will offer EinsteinGPT through five products: service, sales, marketing, developers, and the Slack workplace chat and collaboration application.

EinsteinGPT for Field Service Workers

According to Eammano, the EinsteinGPT-powered Field Service mobile app helps companies achieve three goals. Helping technicians complete and briefly summarize service work; collecting more data points to drive more insight into the customer experience; and increasing revenue through upselling. . The application automatically generates step-by-step guides and how-to content for addressing specific customer issues, including appliance troubleshooting error codes, helping frontline service workers get their work done. Asset servicing and contractor management

Salesforce also announced updates to Asset Service Management and Contractual Management to its Field Service suite.
