Lucknow: Gen Z is combining skill-based online courses alongside traditional degrees to enhance their career prospects.Students go beyond single-disciplinary programs and choose innovative combinations such as history and data analysis, political science and public policy, English literature and digital content creation.At the same time, they are actively enrolling in online courses alongside their university studies, leveraging platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning and many online courses to acquire industry-relevant skills in areas such as artificial intelligence, digital marketing, coding, and data science.Science and Commerce students also embrace modern confluences such as physics and renewable energy, mathematics and AI and machine learning, commerce and e-commerce and supply chain management. Creative disciplines and disciplines are evolving through a combination of media studies and animation and VFX, psychology and neuroscience, law and cyberlaw, and more.“This combination of university education and online learning will help us become industry-ready from day one,” said Vyom Kunwar Singh, a candidate who was eagerly awaiting the results.With History and Data Analysis, students can now explore career opportunities in policy research, archival analysis, and data-driven roles in museums and archives.
