New leadership includes general managers and chief commercial officers of the North American EMEA

Redwood City, California, August 8, 2025– (Business Wire)-C3 AI (NYSE:AI), the Enterprise AI Application Software company, restructured its global sales and services organization, including new leadership, over the course of the first quarter. The rebuild has been completed. The new leadership is:

Rob Schilling On June 16, 2025, I will be joining C3 AI as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer responsible for all sales, customer teams and partnerships. Shilling is a veteran enterprise application sales leader. His previous experience includes SVP, ERP and Oracle, responsible for the billion-dollar cloud application business. GVP, Nokia software. CEO, spacetime. SVP, SAP Americas; Chief Customer Officer of SAP Japan. SVP of Siebel Systems. He brings about a nearly quarter-century senior enterprise sales leadership and is a global leader in C3 AI's to-market efforts.

John Kitchengman On June 30, 2025, I joined C3 AI as the general manager of EMEA. He previously served as SVP as global customer engagement for Dassault Systèmes, VP, and global sales leader for IBM Global Services.

Jeff Koseboom He will be joining C3 AI as group vice president of North America East Sales. He brings over 30 years of corporate sales experience as chief income officer at Palladin Technologies. Area VP, Salesforce-Vlocity; VP, SAP; and GVP, Siebel Systems/Oracle.

Larsfernstrom He will be joining C3 AI as group vice president of Nordics. He is also a highly experienced technology leader, including CEO CRATE.IO. VP, Nordic, C3 AI; CEO, Raw Lab; VP, Sales Northern Europe, C3 AI; Group Director, CRM, Siebel Systems.

Alex Amato, For nine years as a customer service group vice president and C3 AI executive, he has been promoted to assume responsibility for all professional services and customer service operations and has reported to Rob Schilling. Over the course of the first quarter, he restructured the service organization and ensured a consistent, universal focus on the rapid and critical value realization of all C3 AI engagements.

The bad news is that sales results were not fully accepted in the first quarter. This has given us a lot of thought. Unfortunately, many health issues, including multiple hospitalizations and vision problems, are preventing me from actively participating in the sales process as I have had in the past. Thomas M.
