The footage is said to show the moment when the horse throws away the snake.

Newsmeters have found that the claims are false because the video is being manipulated using AI. The original video does not show that Yadav falling from the horse.
The full video of the event was shared by the X Handle of Tejashwi Yadav's office on September 18th
After Yadav mounts the horse, the animals advance and walk calmly along the crowd, indicating that the guards continue the campaign bus behind them. Contrary to the viral clip, the original footage does not show that the horse throwing a yadav just after he mounts it, as depicted in the viral clip.
I also came across the same visuals as the one posted on X on September 17th, riding along the crowd from a different angle.
I also ran a keyword search and came across a report by Hindustan published on September 17th. According to the report, in view of future legislative assembly elections, Yadav at Bihar Adhikar Yatra was considered a stronghold of Strongman Anant Singh on a Mokama. Riding on the horse, he made a roadshow in Mokama and sent a political message to former MLA Singh.
In particular, Shin is known for his love for horses. He maintains the horse in a very professional way. Singh's horse was a winner in several competitions.
Video abnormality
We also observed that Yadav's face appeared to transform into another person when it was said he had fallen from the horse after being raised on his hind legs. This facial contradiction provided hints that the video was manipulated using AI technology.
