Stats Perform announced the launch of Opta Pulse, an AI-assisted video creation and distribution platform for leagues, rights holders, and broadcasters. According to the company, Opta Pulse enables the production of sports highlights up to 80% faster than traditional workflows. The product was first announced at the Opta Forum in London.
Opta Pulse combines real-time Opta data, synchronized video, and AI-assisted event detection to identify, clip, and publish highlights. The system produces broadcast-quality clips in less than a minute and supports direct publishing across digital and social platforms with automatic formatting of vertical and square videos.

Through integration with Opta Search, Opta Pulse also allows rights holders to search archived footage from more than 1,000 competitions around the world and search and package themed content, historical highlights, sponsor-driven features and more.
