Local AI startup BHSN aims to help corporate clients streamline legal tasks such as drafting contracts through its artificial intelligence-based legal service “Allibee,” the company's CEO Lim Jeong-geun said on Wednesday.
At the press conference, the CEO explained the changes in the emerging AI market and emphasized that AI legal services are a global trend that reflects strong market demand.
“Alibee is focused on helping corporate clients streamline legal operations, including contracts and legal advice. The company helps companies determine when legal reviews are needed in their business operations,” the CEO said.
The CEO added, “Allibee is a cloud-computing-based AI legal service that helps companies improve the efficiency of their contract management and legal work, based on a large-scale legal-specific language model developed independently by BHSN.”
BHSN was founded in 2020 and provides this service to major domestic companies such as SK Telecom and CJ CheilJedang.
When customers enter lengthy contracts into Allibee, within seconds the key points are summarized and improvements are suggested based on guidelines set by the company.
Sharing his vision, the CEO of BHSN said that BHSN aims to become a comprehensive B2B service provider that supports companies in their decision-making process and formulating business strategies.
“We plan to expand Allibee's capabilities and broaden the scope of our services as a comprehensive B2B solution, going beyond streamlining contracts and legal advisory work to support business decision-making and strategy formulation for corporations, governments and law firms,” he said.
Lim said the company is also actively exploring business opportunities in Japan this year, and aims to expand into English-speaking Asian countries, Vietnam and China.
The CEO said, “This year, we will expand our business globally, starting with the Japanese market, and aim to become an all-in-one AI business solutions company that innovates business processes and shortens workflows through legal AI technology.”
