Holywater is a technology company behind microdrama platform My Drama, book platform My Passion, and AI streaming platform My Muse. Holywater is based in Ukraine, where it was founded, but targets the vertical video market in the United States. Jeynix is said to be a high-end AI-assisted production team specializing in ultra-realistic visual effects and video performance preservation techniques. The company added “Tech” to the rebrand to “better reflect the company’s technology-first identity, which it has focused on since its inception.” THR It is said.

In October 2025, Fox Entertainment announced that it would acquire a stake in the company and work with Holy Water to produce more than 200 shows over the next two years. A few months later, in January 2026, Fox Entertainment entered into a multi-year partnership with YouTube super-creator Dhar Mann to create and produce the initial stages of 40 story-driven titles that will debut on My Drama.
