I mentioned software earlier, the SAS company. So all of these stocks have been hurt by concerns about their business models. For example, what will happen to these large incumbents as AI becomes more powerful?
00:09 Speaker B
In fact, I consider myself to be on the optimistic side when it comes to AI. I think most businesses are going to be big. That means they will make more money and be more efficient. In fact, I think we’ll end up hiring more people. There will probably be fewer people walking. So maybe three days a week, but yeah, not really.
00:26 Speaker A
Do you think a three-day work week will become a reality?
00:27 Speaker B
I think that will happen. By the way, when we were kids, people walked six days a week, and now it’s five days a week.
00:32 Speaker A
Look at Elon, he’s still sleeping on the factory floor.
00:35 Speaker B
Yeah, but you know, in every AI company right now, employees work six to seven days a week. But I think in general society probably has more free time, and I think that creates more travel, it creates more experiences, it actually creates more humanity, um, I think almost the opposite.
00:54 Speaker A
Your company is betting on a three-day work week.

My company is a bad company where people want to meet, no, but they want to meet, get to know each other, and care about the culture. This is exactly what Navan is all about.
01:07 Speaker A
As you know, these are difficult economic times for many people. Have you seen any backlash on your travels?
01:13 Speaker B
No, in fact quite the opposite. You asked about business travel, and specifically about SAS, what will happen? Well, they’ll need to meet more and figure out what their future holds, right? They’ll need to sell more. Well, if you think about it, I don’t think companies have processes. Therefore, you need something equivalent to a CRM process. You will need something equivalent to the HRIS ah process. What will happen to the needs of agents and the need to manage AI agents? Of course. Understood? There are regulations, there are costs, and there are locations. If you think about it, it’s like an employee, right? So those processes obviously need to be adjusted, and I think there’s some opportunity for Salesforce to reinvent itself or not. If not, someone else will do it for you. But companies also have processes, and processes exist when humans and AI agents work end-to-end.
