Despite the dramatic efficiency gains, Benioff highlighted that AI restrictions prevent full automation. “What we have about AI — it's not 100% accurate because it's built on the word model,” he explained to Fortune. “Adding a dataset gives you 90% accuracy, but not 100%. So the loop requires a human.”This accuracy gap has practical implications across the industry. “All AIs need their own fact checkers.
