Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed al-Maktum, the grandson of the Dubai ruler, shared another video in honor of his grandfather's birthday. The video has been marked a special date:
“In commemoration of the birth of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktum, God protects him. It was held on the 19th of Ramadan at 1368AH (corresponding to July 15, 1949), the most blessed day of the best months.”

According to the official UAE government portal, Sheikh Mohammed was born in 1949. He was appointed Dubai Police and Public Safety Director on November 1, 1968. In December 1971 he became the UAE's first minister of defense.
He was appointed Crown Prince of Dubai from January 1995 to January 2006. On January 4th, 2006, he became ruler of Dubai. Additionally, he was appointed Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE in 2006 and continues to serve in these roles today.
