Indrani BhattacharyaPhD, from Stanford Universitydeveloped an artificial intelligence (AI) model to quickly and accurately identify cancer lesions on MRI and compare its performance with radiologists. “Detection of clinically significant prostate cancer on MRI: A comparison of artificial intelligence models and radiologists”.
Natasha GuptaMD, from new york universityconducted a qualitative study characterizing sexual health concerns and unmet needs of female partners. “Understanding the sexual health concerns and needs of female partners of prostate cancer survivors.”
“Prostate cancer remains the most common cancer in men, affecting 1 in 8 men at some point in their lifetime. “We’re going to focus on,” said Dr. Taylor. “We will discuss advances in cancer detection using artificial intelligence and the sexual health concerns and needs of female partners of prostate cancer survivors. To learn more about new areas of research in prostate cancer that could have an impact on the future.”
