Hong Kong, May 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tencent Cloud, the cloud business of world-leading technology company Tencent, today unveiled new products and tools in its enterprise AI stack to the global market at the 1st Tencent Cloud Day Hong Kong.

Themed “AI in Action,” the summit brought together company leaders, technology executives, partners, and developers to explore how artificial intelligence is moving from promise to action in real-world business environments.

“As we enter the next phase of AI, business leaders are now deploying AI agents with clear business goals and looking for ways to deliver real outcomes with the right models on the most efficient infrastructure. At Tencent Cloud, we are focused on integrating infrastructure, models, and agents to help enterprises unlock the true value of AI for their business,” said Tencent Senior Vice President and CEO of Cloud and Smart Industries Group (CSIG). said Dowson Tong. “We look forward to partnering with more global companies to modernize, deploy AI with confidence, and drive global innovation.”

Three products expand Tencent Cloud’s AI reach

Today at Cloud Day Hong Kong, three new products are featured, each addressing a different layer of how enterprises use AI.

  • Tencent WorkBuddy, an agent-driven AI workspace, helps users perform complex administrative tasks from data analysis to content creation, turning single instructions into complete, ready-to-use deliverables. It can run multiple tasks and agents in parallel, supports flexible multi-model integration via APIs, and can even be controlled remotely from messaging apps like Discord, Slack, and Telegram.
  • Tencent Design Miora is an AI-native creative studio with persistent memory that enables design teams to maintain strict visual consistency across brands and campaigns. Miora orchestrates multiple skills from a single overview written in natural language to deliver a complete production-ready asset pack that includes graphics, video, 3D elements, and user interfaces, compressing production cycles from weeks to hours.
  • TokenHub, Tencent Cloud’s Model-as-a-Service platform, provides developers and enterprises with API access to a single gateway that covers Tencent’s Hy model and major third-party models. Reflecting Tencent’s open approach to AI, the platform helps enterprises aggregate multiple models and optimize both performance and cost through centralized access and flexible token allocation.

These new products join Tencent Cloud’s broad portfolio of more than 400 solutions for overseas markets, providing secure, practical, enterprise-ready AI tools to customers around the world.

Agent-enabled infrastructure and edge AI inference

To support these advanced features, Tencent Cloud has made its cloud infrastructure agent-enabled and highly optimized for real-time AI workloads. Command-line interfaces (CLIs) for over 100 Tencent Cloud products are currently activated in skills, allowing AI agents to query, deploy, and manage cloud resources directly through natural language.

This is supported by Tencent Agent Runtime. It is a comprehensive suite of features that includes a high-performance execution engine, secure sandbox, tool gateway, memory management and observability, enabling faster and more secure execution of agent tasks.

Additionally, Tencent Cloud is upgrading global acceleration nodes with edge AI inference capabilities. This upgrade enables customers to deploy real-time AI applications with lower latency and improved performance. These infrastructure enhancements follow the recent launch of new availability zones in Frankfurt and Osaka in the first half of this year, expanding Tencent Cloud’s global footprint to 66 availability zones across 23 regions.
