Sina Technology News, May 28, noon – Tencent Games recently held the SPARK2026 online game showcase. A total of 42 games from around the world shared their latest updates during the event, and 29 local and international game developers announced new content, gameplay features, esports tournaments, milestone releases, and new applications of AI technology designed to improve the player experience.
During the “One More Thing” segment, Tencent Games announced three new products. Two of them are focused on gaming AI technology: the world’s first open-source, cross-platform Neural Dynamic Global Illumination solution and an internally developed AI-powered game creation platform codenamed “Craft.” In addition, “Digital Jingdezhen: Porcelain Artisan,” a casual game themed on the ceramic industry jointly developed by Tencent Games and partners, made its official debut and concluded the segment. Built using the multimodal AI dataset “Jingdezhen Ceramic Industry Cultural Heritage,” the game leverages AI digital humans and AI-driven 3D generation technology and is scheduled to be released this summer.
In the game development segment, Tencent’s TiMi Studio Group, LightSpeed Studios, MoreFun Studios, Aurora Studios, as well as Riot Games and CDD announced updates for 16 games.
In honor of the Kings, the upcoming Spirit Companion will provide an immersive 24-hour companion in and out of the game, support in-game interactive chat, and feature limited-time custom versions created by influencers.
Delta Force launches its first collaboration by meticulously recreating in-game museum-quality artifacts such as the Ming Dynasty “Chenghua Plain Tricolor Duck-Shaped Incense Burner.” This collaboration will be officially unveiled during the game’s “Treasure Month” themed event.
Peacekeeper Elite’s AI NPC gameplay has already reached 110 million users. The game introduces “Xiao Tian,” the industry’s first AI companion leveraging strategic large-scale language models, and Oasis Genesis already implements the industry’s first end-to-end UGC AI authoring assistant.
Teamfight Tactics will resume its Monster Invasion season on June 17th, bringing back an upgraded classic that includes the Underground Syndicate trait and powerful 3-star, 5-cost champions, as well as rolling out multiple player reward events.
Valorant product lineup reveals summer roadmap. For PC, Valorant has announced a new skin bundle “Counterstrike Squadron” and plans to start watching and predicting the London Masters Tournament on June 6th. We also announced our 2026 philanthropic initiative ‘Echoes Heard’, which aims to support the hearing-impaired community.
On mobile, the game will launch a major update on June 11th, introducing a new agent “Huanling” and a new map “Abyssal Catacombs”. An intelligent in-game assistant will also be introduced to continuously improve the user experience.
The showcase also featured a recurring corner titled “New Game Previews.” After the live broadcast, the official team invited multiple KOLs to hands-on test four upcoming titles, including “Squad Tactics: Dawn Assault.” Game designers were also on-site to directly interact with KOLs representing player feedback and questions.
