Leaked Pixel 8a promotional video highlights AI features

Google's Android-powered model, the Pixel 8a, seems to have few surprises. The Pixel 8a has appeared in a newly leaked promotional video to show off how its AI features work. The existence of these features is not new information. In an exclusive report from Android Headlines earlier this morning, the Pixel 8a's AI features were leaked in several different promotional images. But in a leaked promotional video, you can see the Pixel 8a's AI features in action. Also, seeing a feature in action is a little different, as opposed to seeing a static image explaining the feature. These are all fairly standard features that have been on Google's flagship smartphones since at least the fall. Some, like live translation, have been around for a while. Nevertheless, until today's leak, it hadn't actually been confirmed how much AI the Pixel 8a would include.

There's not much we don't know about the Pixel 8a at this point, other than its price and when and where you can buy it. Rendered and promotional images have been leaked many times. And this video gives consumers another look at Google's next A-series phones. That being said, there's not much new when it comes to the phone's design. Everything seen in the video was leaked in the form of still images.

The only thing not shown in the video is the mint color of the phone. However, this has already been leaked through images, so it's definitely coming. The leak is from MySmartPrice, ONLEAKS, it also touches on some of the expected specifications. The Pixel 8a is expected to run on Google's Tensor G3 chipset, which is also found in the Pixel 8 series. Additionally, you'll need a 6.1-inch 120Hz display, 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage, a 64MP main camera, and a 4,500mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging. It will also run on Android 14.
