Viral videos are shocking the internet for sure reasons. Indian contractors have claimed they are using AI tools such as CHATGPT to trick government officials into approving payments for roads that were not actually built.
“It's the world we live in!” said one user.

This clip has become a virus on Instagram, with people talking about ethics, misuse of AI and accountability.

What is in the video?
In the current video, the contractor can be seen taking photos of a dusty, broken road. But instead of fixing that, he uses AI tools to digitally edit images, turning bad roads into fully paved streets, with clean markings and grooves.
The video claims that the edited image was sent to government engineers via WhatsApp. WhatsApp praised the work and asked contractors to send the bill without visiting the site.

Social media users are furious. Many call the incident a shocking misuse of technology, a sign of rising digital fraud in public projects.
