Fintech solutions provider Enacomm has launched an accessible artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted virtual assistant with voice authentication for banking applications.
An intelligent virtual assistant (IVA) called Emerie leverages performance metrics and new information to improve the overall user experience.
Through continuous data analysis, Emerie can gain insights and better understand users for more personalized and effective customer interactions.
“For decades, I have focused on the financial services industry, working with banks, credit unions, fintechs and their brightest developers to design intelligent self-service solutions that meet the real needs of their customers and members. We’ve been focused on the field,” commented Enacom CEO Michael. Bukadakis.
“Intelligent virtual assistants like Emerie have long been in the ‘nice to have’ category due to technical and security limitations, but our team has overcome industry-specific hurdles to and Emerie is ready to transform self-service. It’s a game for banks, credit unions and fintechs, big and small. ”
There are two types of IVA: virtual receptionist and virtual teller. In both cases, Enacom said, the company collects information about user behavior, transactions and preferences to provide a customized experience.
Emerie uses this data to help financial institutions address common problems. As a virtual receptionist, Emerie answers simple inquiries and directs users to appropriate resources. The software acts as a virtual contact, provides account and transaction details, and authenticates callers with Enacomm’s voice biometrics.

“Customer experience is a key differentiator among financial institutions,” Bukadakis adds. “Consumer expectations continue to rise in today’s accelerating digital transformation, and Emery pushes them to the next level.” [financial institutions] Ahead of the competition. ”
