Bergquist appoints Director of Business Automation and AI Marketing

Bergquist Inc. has added Trevor Brewster as Director of Business Automation, a newly created role, with Natalya Zaytseva as Director of Marketing to enhance customer support.

Brewster has worked in roles related to entrepreneurship, business management and customer service for over 20 years, with a technology and finance foundation.

In his new role, Brewster will identify opportunities for automation and AI to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and enable employees to focus on customer support. This task involves implementing tools designed to concentrate product information, maintain institutional knowledge, and increase efficiency and responsiveness to customer service.

Zaytseva has over 20 years of marketing leadership experience, previously being Marketing Director at Crystal Flash Energy and Head of Marketing Operations at Merlin. In his previous role as Americas Marketing Director for X-Rite Pantone, Zaytseva developed and implemented regional commercialization strategies, strengthening lead generation and internal sales capabilities to achieve the company's growth targets.
