TYSONS, Va. – Alarm.com has announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Vintra, a software provider of AI-powered video analytics for the enterprise commercial market. As part of the acquisition, Alarm.com will acquire Vintra’s core intellectual property, research scientists, software engineers and technical services team. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Integrating Vintra’s software capabilities with its experienced scientific and engineering team will expand Alarm.com’s deep learning program and accelerate the deployment of advanced video analytics solutions for Alarm.com and the OpenEye platform. says Alarm.com.
