Celebrity Selfies Go to AI
Instagram user @_vinayshakya recently shared an AI craft selfie featuring appearances other than Bollywood superstar Shah Luk Khan, set against the backdrop of London's iconic Big Ben. His caption revealed a simple prompt he used: “App – Google Gemini. Prompt – Make this photo a selfie with Shark Khan from Big Ben in London.” The post quickly attracted attention and sparked a wave of similar works.
Another Instagram user @Moms_littleworld22 joined the trend by sharing his edited images. She also guided her followers on how to try it herself. “This is how to create Ai-Generated Selfies with celebrities using Google's Nano Banana. Download the Gemini app, start a new chat, add image > “Create a Prompt” > Add My Prompt 🤗: Add Shahrukh Khan to shoot Shahrukh Khan with me. ”
Trends of “My Young Self”
In a recent blog post, Google has introduced 10 creative ways for users to rethink their photos using the Nano Banana tool. One outstanding feature allows users to virtually satisfy their childhood self. This also sparked a healthy Instagram trend. Now called “Embrace my young self,” the user generates images of themselves embracing their childhood version. This trend has become a virus, stunned nostalgic chords, and provided heartwarming moments across social media.
“I take a photo taken with a Polaroid camera. The photo should look like a normal photo, with no explicit subject or property. The photo needs slight blur and a consistent light source, like a flash from a dark room scattered throughout the photo. Polaroid images of her current self and her younger self.
