Rackspace Technology, a leading hybrid cloud and AI solution provider, has announced the leading AI-enabled extensions for its dedicated security operations center (SOC) Rackspace Cyber Defense Center (RCDC), enabling 24-hour threat detection, isolation and remediation across a 24-hour, private, hybrid cloud environment.
Rackspace AI Security Engine (Raise) is driving innovation within RCDC. This combines human expertise with mechanically driven accuracy to bridge the gap between critical skills and resources. Raise performs signal processing, detects patterns that are often missed with traditional controls, and recommends repair actions using real-time trend analysis. The event is rich in context, including possible causes, attack paths, and recommended triages that enable Rackspace's SOC engineers to act quickly and decisively.
