Don't hang your hat, because Meta has some exciting updates in store for its Ray-Ban smart glasses. The company recently announced groundbreaking multimodal artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that enable its AI assistant to analyze images and videos captured by cameras and provide a contextual understanding of its surroundings.
For example, if a user wants to identify the type of bird or translate a menu in a foreign language, they can easily leverage the camera and Meta AI features to instantly translate the information and translate the text. Easy as pie!
Meta has been rigorously testing this update since last year, and it's currently rolling out in beta for users in the US and Canada. The company now also allows users to make video calls using his WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. This feature provides all users with a convenient way to share their perspectives during conversations.
The tech giant has also taken care of fashion lovers by introducing new Ray-Ban smart glasses with a fresh design. These include his new Skyler frames, designed for people with smaller faces, and are available for pre-order now. New colors will also be added to the existing headliner model.
Additionally, Meta has also added Apple Music to its smart glasses. Meta smart glasses are currently available in more than 15 countries, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, France, and Germany. As of now, this gadget is not officially available in India.
