Our expertise handles deal-related tasks, from meeting preparation to follow-up to CRM updates, and you’ll learn a selling style that works with each rep’s voice.
Expertise AI today announced the launch of Expertise, an AI assistant built specifically for account executives (AEs). The product handles all the time-consuming tasks involved in a deal, such as meeting preparation, follow-up documentation, CRM updates, pipeline hygiene, and detecting buying signals, so reps can spend more time each week actually selling.
Salespeople didn’t sign up to manage a set of AI tools, they signed up to sell. We’ve built the expertise so trade work is handled automatically, giving your agents time back. ”
— Hao Sheng, Founder and CEO
Account executives routinely spend more than half of their time on administrative tasks rather than active sales activities. A wave of AI tools has hit the sales market in recent years, but most of them only address one task, require constant setup and prompting, and rarely connect to each other, leaving reps to manage an ever-growing stack of disconnected tools.
Expertise takes a different approach. Rather than acting as a separate point tool, it operates as a single assistant that works across the systems that AE already relies on, such as your CRM, inbox, calendar, and call recording. You explain what you need to do in plain language, and Expertise performs the work across your existing stack.

A feature of this product is that it can learn the sales style of individual reps. By reading a rep’s past calls, emails, and CRM activity, Expertise starts working in that rep’s voice, creating follow-ups and notes that reflect how reps actually communicate, and getting better the more you use them.
Expertise is also built on concepts the company calls skills. Every workflow a rep builds becomes a reusable skill that can be run repeatedly, shared across the team, and published to the Experts Marketplace, where other reps can install the workflow and AEs can earn money from it.
“Account executives are some of the most talented people in any company, and they spend half their week doing non-sales-related tasks. We built Expertise to automatically handle the work for them. Rather than adding another tool to the pile, we gave every sales rep an assistant to help them learn how to sell and silently take the busy work off their plate,” said Hao Sheng, Founder and CEO of Expertise AI.
Expertise is now available in a free tier with no setup required, so sales reps can run their first workflow within minutes. The product is bottom-up, self-service, and requires no IT involvement or administrator configuration.
Expertise AI also offers Expertise Live, an AI sales agent that engages website visitors in real-time and converts inbound traffic into qualified pipelines, used by over 100 B2B companies. Both products are SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant.
