These developments include the launch of the Worldly Collaboration Suite, performance upgrades in China, and the introduction of an AI-powered tool named Worldly Assistant.

Trained on Cascale’s Higg Index guidance and other related documentation, the tool improves accuracy and reduces completion time.
Worldly’s latest platform update also focuses on improving performance in China, which produces about a third of the world’s consumer goods.
The company said it has reduced load times, improved stability and improved user experience for tens of thousands of facilities and suppliers operating within China.
“We are focused on giving our suppliers the tools and performance they need to work quickly and accurately. These improvements will help suppliers complete assessments with more confidence and significantly reduce delays,” said John Armstrong, Worldly Chief Technology Officer.
The updated Worldly Collaboration Suite provides a clearer workflow for brands and an intuitive experience for suppliers.
As a result, programs using the suite alongside the company’s recommended practices have achieved an assessment completion rate of over 90%, according to Worldly.
“It all starts with quality first-party data, and much of that burden falls on suppliers,” said Worldly CEO Scott Raskin. “We want to make their jobs easier, provide clearer guidance, reduce steps, and reduce frustration, while also giving brands the accurate information they need to identify potential risks and make responsible decisions. This update brings us closer to doing that.”
In addition to these new features, Worldly has developed further products, including Insights Hub for enhanced analytics and Worldly Axion for risk management and decarbonization efforts within the supply chain.
In October of this year, Worldly acquired sustainability platform GoBlu, further strengthening its role in integrating operational, sustainability and performance data within one system.
