Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Zeeshan Akhtar announces His latest single Chalchale music videoIt is now available on YouTube. Released on August 18th on all major music streaming platforms, the track comes with a full-length AI-generated video, a cinematic, story-driven experiment that pushes the boundaries of independent Indian artists visually telling stories.
At the heart of the Char Chai people talk about the pain of misunderstanding, the unprecedented frustration, and the silence that slowly takes over the relationship. Written, composed and sung by Zeeshan, this track blends subtle blue textures and pop rock edges carried by an unusual 7/8 groove. Zeeshan also played acoustic and electric guitars along with the drums, but added touches from many different cities with longtime collaborators Bachospati Chakraborty (Bass), Pathikrit Mazumdar (Keyboards) and Suvam Moitra (Mix).

In the video, live shoot plans proved difficult to pursue as an independent artist, so Zeeshan turned to AI. He took on the ambitious task of storyboarding, generating and editing the entire project himself. “I wanted to reflect the video to the best of both worlds. It's a film shaped by the possibilities of music and artificial intelligence based on real instruments. I had no prior experience in creating AI videos. I approached it like a new instrument and learned the language until I was able to sing. He shares.
Unlike many AI-generated videos that rely on abstract images, Chal Chale unfolds like a short film. This is a visual story that reflects the themes of the song of escape and reconnection. Acoustically, the track creates an interesting juxtaposition. The lyrics convey longing and implicit feelings, but the bright rhythm and grooves provide natural energy that induces movement.
