Alphabet's focus on AI is reflected in its financial performance. In the first quarter of 2024, Alphabet reported a 15% year-over-year increase in revenue. This is due, among other things, to growth driven by AI leadership.

During the quarter, Google Search revenue reached $46.156 billion, YouTube advertising revenue reached $8.09 billion, and Google Cloud revenue reached $9.574 billion.
