yangon – The Minister of Health inspected the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology by the hospital director and ophthalmologists/specialists at Mayangone Township Eye Hospital (Yangon) to conduct field eye examinations.
On May 24, the Union Minister visited Mo Kaung Dhamma Clinic in Mayangone Township (1) Ward and observed medical care provided by experts led by the director of Thanlyin General Hospital and eye examinations using artificial intelligence (AI) technology conducted by the director of Eye Specialist Hospital (Yangon) and ophthalmology professors and experts.
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, a public participation campaign aimed at preventing and controlling diseases that occur during the rainy season is being implemented in all townships in Yangon Region.
Additionally, Federal Health Minister Dr Thet Khanh Win visited and encouraged the activities being carried out in Mayangone township to prevent dengue fever, including mosquito nets, mosquito repellents (covers, nets, traps, snares), mosquito repellents (preparedness), environmental sanitation to prevent severe diarrheal diseases, and health awareness sharing.
