The controversy was further fueled when people started associating the woman in the video with Instagram influencer sweet_zannat. The woman’s comments section was quickly flooded with “19-minute videos,” which prompted her to issue a statement on the issue.
In the video, Zanat asked viewers to take a closer look at her and said she looked nothing like the woman in the viral video. She further emphasized that the woman in the video speaks English, which she does not. “How can I speak English? Guys, are you lost? You guys are making me viral and famous for no reason… yes, goodbye,” the author said.
