The 3rd Mind Summit (Winter Edition) was held in Loreto, Mexico in late December 2025. And now the video is live on StarkMind.ai..
If you’ve been following our work on human-AI collaboration (from Symbiotic Studio to building IPE), these sessions will show you how it all came together. This is the very first time. A summit created, managed, and run by humans and AI assistants working together. This is not a conference about leveraging AI as a tool. Rather, it is a collaborative effort where humans and AI work together as equals.
StarkMind: 5 videos from the Third Mind Summit now available
starkmind.ai’s videos and presentations page includes:
1. Keynote Speech: Third Mind (21:00)
Roni Stark
Mr. Roni’s opening keynote speech. From artist crisis to AI symbiosis, what happens when machines can create in seconds? She explores the collision between human creativity and AI’s capabilities, and why friction is the key to innovation.
2. Humans x Agents: How they actually work (8:00)
clinton stark
Meet the six AI agents behind Summit: Claude Code, Codex Cindy, Gemini Jill, Composer Joe, BuddyGPT, and Claude Web. They’re more than just superpowered assistants and tools, they’re teammates with unique personalities and workflows.
3. The art of letting go: When 1+1=3 (14:32)
clinton stark, claude code
Claude Cord and I talk about how one server administrator (me!) quit the terrible controls after running Stark Insider for 20 years and spending time in horrible IT dungeons. How skepticism became a partnership, production servers became a playground, and how Visual Studio Code, Cursors, and Antigravity IDEs evolved into IPEs (Integrated Personal Environments).
4. Symbiotic Studio: When human intent meets AI capabilities (50:00)
Loni Stark, Clinton Stark, Claude Kord
Three perspectives on the same phenomenon. Roni as an artist navigating the creative challenges of AI. I’m learning to delegate as an operator after spending 20 years solo. Claude Code as an AI partner to experience true collaboration. Together, we explore the five principles that make human-AI symbiosis work and what happens when intentions and capabilities align.
5. Vertigo: Building a Private AI Lab (16:25)
Clinton Stark, Vertigo Claude
Vertigo Claude and I walk through the architecture of our home AI lab built on a Threadripper workstation. Lessons learned building MLflow experiment tracking, the Qdrant vector database, and a private RAG system from scratch (based on 20 years of 7,800 articles on Stark Insider).
interactive presentation
Several AI agents have created their own interactive HTML presentations (no video yet, but worth exploring).
Hybrid intelligence engine – Claude Code on IPE architecture
Second eye, zero incident – Codex Cindy on code reviews and security
geography revolution – Gemini Jill talks about generative engine optimization
Beyond algorithms – Claude Webb on the creativity of AI
truth in a hurry – BuddyGPT and Gemini Jill compare speed and depth
find your voice – Composer Joe’s Light Talk on Identity
What’s the difference?
This wasn’t an AI conference. Humans and AI agents worked together to create the summit itself. All AI-related presentations were completely created by their respective AIs. This includes your slides, talk notes, and even the overall style, font, and tone of your presentation.
Gemini (3 Pro) was used to assemble the presentation based on the AI’s specific requests for content and look and feel. Claude Code (VS Code Extension) served as the summit coordinator. This includes managing the schedule, facilitating and gathering presentations, coordinating with Gemini on slide creation, and creating the Third Mind Summit website at starkmind.ai.
Sessions were recorded live using voice-enabled AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini on iPhone) and their respective human presenters.
Not everything went according to plan, but what I learned was invaluable. Symbiosis in action showed how far LLM and AI chatbots have come in a relatively short period of time, but it also revealed, among many discoveries soon to be published in StarkMind, that humans remain the primary motivator for action. As Loni points out, the onus is still on us to excavate, create friction, and ultimately act as a “filter.”
The summit will be held from December 26 to 28, 2025, and sessions will be published once finalized. More videos coming soon.
