This acquisition addresses a key challenge in AI-powered business automation: the need for precise search and domain-specific knowledge for all business types, from aviation to medical to defense applications. Fluxoid AI’s unique cognitive navigation-based multimodal search interface and Product Data AI technology powers Vanka’s ability to generate accurate, context-aware business documents, enabling accurate data-driven decision-making for customers.

why is this important

Vanka helps founders launch businesses in hours or days instead of weeks or months, with AI acting as a virtual co-founder. The founders start with an idea, and Vanka creates a set of strategies and execution plans, and handles 98% of the operations, from bookkeeping to marketing to customer support. But as AI-powered operations expand, accuracy becomes more important than ever.

Beyond simple illusions, the core of the LLM problem is context drift. ” Satoshi Kataoka, Vanka’s incoming CTO, said: “Being persistently anchored to public data can confuse ‘what I know’ with ‘what I’m telling’ and prevent it from anchoring in a company’s specific knowledge stack. At Fluxoid AI, we’ve solved this problem by creating an AI that is trained precisely on product data, with fine-grained surgical updates and built-in anti-hallucination capabilities. That’s what it takes to deliver grade reliability at infinite scale.
