Drone software developer Swarmer has signed a data-sharing agreement with intelligence firm Morpher Intelligence to improve the performance of AI systems used by autonomous military platforms in Ukraine.
Under the partnership, Molfar will provide structured open-source intelligence datasets derived from publicly available online sources, including drone footage, satellite imagery, and social media that document military equipment and battlefield activity.
The collected data undergoes a multi-layered validation process, including geospatial and temporal analysis, before being incorporated into Swarmer’s AI development pipeline.
The resulting dataset will be used to train and refine algorithms that support target recognition, situational awareness, and autonomous operations.
Additionally, the partners will pursue opportunities with defense contractors, government agencies, and military organizations seeking to integrate verified operational intelligence data into autonomous and unmanned platforms.
More than four years of intense fighting has generated vast amounts of operational intelligence, information that Ukrainian officials and industry leaders consider a unique resource for training and validating defense algorithms.

Strengthen AI capabilities
The agreement comes as Ukraine increasingly seeks to leverage battlefield data to accelerate the development of AI-enabled military capabilities.
In May, Ukrainian officials met with U.S. software company Palantir Technologies to discuss expanding the use of AI across air defense, battlefield management, and attack planning.
Earlier this year, Kyiv launched the Defense AI Center “A1” to accelerate the integration of AI tools into military operations, while also progressing the development of “Syaivo,” a large-scale language model of the sovereign Ukrainian language for government, economic, and security applications.
