India’s Individual Identification Authority (UIDAI) has appointed a new CEO, tech companies such as Uber and Zevia have also appointed new CEOs (CXOs), and non-tech companies such as Kimberly Clark. Barracuda Appoints Sirui Mushesian as New CIO

US-based Barracuda Networks, which provides email and network security solutions, announced Thursday its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), Shiroui Muschejian. Mushegian brings over 20 years of his IT leadership experience to the company. Mushegian recently joined Barracuda from BlackLine, where he served as Vice President of IT, responsible for all aspects of corporate IT within the company. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Management and Strategy from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Management and a BA in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Connecticut. Xevier Appoints Guido Bartels as Global Managing Director of Cloud
Software developer Xebia has appointed Guido Bartels as its new global managing director of cloud. The move comes as Xebia aims to further strengthen its global market position by leveraging the expertise of industry veterans like his Bartels. In his new role, Bartels will focus on driving partnerships between Xebia and his leading cloud provider. His responsibilities include a wide range of cloud services including multicloud consulting, cloud cost management, training and managed services. Former Meta exec David Zuckham joins Uber as director of data science
Former data science director at Meta, David Zakkam, has taken on a new role at tech company Uber Technologies. In his new role, Zuckham will lead Uber’s data science efforts, developing and deploying new technologies to improve the quality of the company’s products and services. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata, Mr. Zuckham previously held leadership positions at online food ordering and delivery platform Swiggy and data analytics firm Mu Sigma. UIDAI Appoints Amit Agrawal as CEO
Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has appointed Amit Agrawal as Chief Executive Officer. Agrawal is an Indian Administration Authority (IAS) officer in his 1993 batch from Chhattisgarh State Executive. He will succeed Saurab Gurg, who will be appointed in 2021. Mr. Agrawal is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT-K). Before he joined UIDAI, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). Intel India chief Nivruti Rai resigns after 29 years

Intel India CEO Nivruti Rai has resigned from the company after 29 years. She was Intel’s Head of Operations in India and Intel She was Vice President of Foundry Services. Rai joined Intel in February 1994 as a design engineer and she rose through the ranks to head Intel India where she played a key role in the development of Intel Foundry Services.
