Studio Team: Which AI features do you use the most?
Diessy: DaVinci Resolve has neural engine text-based editing, automatic subtitling, magic masks, and scene cut detection, all AI-powered features that I use every day. And DaVinci Resolve’s relighting capabilities are very good.
Additionally, ChatGPT and Notion AI sped up copywriting for websites and social media posts, allowing me to focus on video editing.
Studio Team: How do you use Adobe Premiere Pro?
Diessy: In beta, you can quickly transcribe an entire video, and Premiere Pro can even detect silence. Just click three dots in the text, press delete, and boom. AI conveniently edits that awkward pause. No need to go back and forth.

Studio Team: What made you start using AI-powered tools and features on a regular basis?
Diessy: What I find most frustrating is when the program offers so much great functionality but I have to upload everything to a web app or start a whole new workflow. Having these features available directly in the apps I already use has made my work so much easier and I now use them on a daily basis.
Studio Team: Why is GPU acceleration important for creative apps for non-techies?
Diessy: For video editors, GPU acceleration (essentially a graphics card that speeds up features and effects in creative apps) is important, especially with DaVinci Resolve. all.
