The stakes are high: PWC estimates AI's potential economic contribution to the region at a staggering $320 billion, and expects annual growth in this contribution to reach 20 to 34 percent. “In 2030, the Middle East is expected to capture 2 percent of global benefits from AI,” the firm predicts.
Let's look at some of the key components of AI that will enhance community security: Take, for example, a smart surveillance system. This is not your run-of-the-mill camera. AI-powered surveillance uses facial recognition, behavioral analysis, and anomaly detection to monitor public spaces and critical infrastructure.
Imagine drones flying over borders equipped with AI for real-time surveillance and threat detection: it's no longer a science fiction idea but part of the new security reality.
In terms of cybersecurity, AI systems are the new frontline soldiers.
