Chennai, August 13 (PTI) The TVS Supply Chain is engaged in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) with the aim of increasing productivity and providing a scalable, technology-enabled platform for future growth.

With the signing of a free trade agreement between India and the UK in July, his company is trying to support Indian companies expanding into the UK market and UK companies willing to invest in India, he said he was speaking to shareholders while addressing shareholders at the 21st Annual Meeting through virtual mode.

“We continue to focus on operational efficiency as a key driver of sustainable performance. Through strategic initiatives, we are building a more agile organization that is suitable for evolving market dynamics and customer proximity,” Dinesh said.

“At the same time, we are leveraging AI and machine learning throughout our operations, deploying a robust platform that supports cases with multiple high impact,” he pointed out.

Through its enterprise-grade AI platform, he said, “We are working with Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK to quickly track AI adoption, drive innovation, and provide transformative solutions across operations and services.”

In addition to providing a scalable technology-enabled platform for future growth, such initiatives have helped television supply chain solutions improve decision-making and productivity.

“We will continue to integrate operations through local and business verticals, allowing us to operate as a single, cohesive entity. We call this TVS One SC.”

Commenting on financial performance, he said that TVS supply chain solutions achieved a 9% revenue growth rate by deepening relationships with existing customers and successfully boarding new customers.

“Your company's total revenue has increased by 8.4% £Compared to 10,029 crores £9,248 crores for 2024,” he said.
