The “actions during artificial intelligence” program has arrived at Bayamon's Engine 4 with the aim of bridging Puerto Rico's digital division through practical and ethical training.
Leading by HR Disruptor's founder and CEO, the initiative combines the expertise of university professors and business leaders to provide practical guidance with immediate applications.
“Our goal is to become a digital equity social movement that reaches different geographical locations in Puerto Rico to increase access to people from different communities,” said Alicea-Rodríguez. “We've already brought the program to San Juan, Arecibo and Bayamon. It's Caguas next month and will eventually be in the western part of Humacao, Ponce and Puerto Rico.”
At Bayamón, over 50 participants participated in the workshop, bringing the total to 200 in the three previous sessions. The program focuses on the socioeconomic development potential of AI by providing tools to optimize processes and create new business opportunities while promoting ethical and strategic use.
“Artificial intelligence during action not only educates, trains, empowers participants and understands what AI is, but also uses them useful, ethically and effectively in work and business environments,” she said.
The workshop covers four modules: AI fundamentals, data analysis, marketing automation using ChATGPT, and creating an AI-powered employee training system. The next session is scheduled for September 18th at the University of Fuertas in Caguas.
