
After the burgeoning growth of Openai's SORA, currently ranked number one in the US app store, alphabet-owned Google may be preparing to redesign its Gemini AI app to make it visually appealing.
The first new interface discovered Android Authority The app's code moves Gemini from a recent chatbot style layout to a scrollable feed with colorful recommended prompts and fascinating images.
The experimental home screen, locked by a reverse engineer, places shortcut buttons for features such as “Create Image” and “Deep Search” at the top, followed by a feed of ideas.
There are prompts suggested from playful photo editing such as “Give me a vintage or grunge look” to playful photo editing such as a creative task.
Others offered productivity use cases such as “Brainstorming Out Live and Voice” and “Send a daily news summary.”
Google has not officially announced the redesign. The spokesman has notified Android Authority “It's not announced yet.”
If published, a significant update made Gemini more attractive, highlighting the company's AI image model, Nano Banana, which became headlines shortly after its release, and pushed the app to number one on the App Store last month.
This update may be useful when Gemini beats Openai's MinimalistChatGPT app.
