President Trump literally bashes his nemesis Stephen Colbert in an AI-generated video.
The 22-second clip shows President Trump walking onto the set of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” as the host introduces the final episode.
The AI-generated president will be controlled by humans during his biggest bashers, including grabbing Colbert by his suit jacket and shaking his hand three times.
The president then was seen tossing Colbert into a green trash can as the audience roared, Trump closed the lid and began his signature dance to “YMCA.”
The clip was posted late Friday, a day after the series finale of “The Late Show” aired.
Immediately after the final episode aired, President Trump criticized Colbert on “Truth Social,” saying he had “no talent, no recognition, and no life.”
“He was like a dead man. Any man you could get off the street would be better than this bastard. I’m glad he’s finally gone!”
Mr. Trump’s post came hours after Mr. Colbert hosted his final show on CBS, which drew 6.7 million viewers, according to Nielsen ratings. His last show featured Paul McCartney, Bryan Cranston, and Ryan Reynolds.
Colbert, who hosted the show for 11 years, refrained from taking a jab at President Trump in the final episode, but did not do so during the final week’s broadcast.
When his time on his networking platform ran out, Mr. Colbert criticized the president about the $1.8 million Justice Department fund to pay people who say they were victims of government weapons use, calling it an “all-you-can-swindle buffet” and calling President Trump’s string of construction projects a “construction blob.”
The comedian couldn’t stay away from television even after declining the role.
