By: Dev Kumar PandeyPatna: The Patna High Court on Wednesday directed the assembly to retrieve a controversial AI-generated video depicting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother in a “disappointing way” from his social media handle.They also issued notifications to Facebook, Twitter and Google, and instructed them to submit a reply within three weeks the following day.The divisional bench of Prime Minister PB Bajanthri and Justice Alok Kumar Sinha passed the order after hearing the warrant petition filed by Advocate Vivekanand Singh and others.Pravin Kumar, the petitioner's lawyer, called the video an “honorary loss publication,” violated the detention placed on political parties under representatives of the People's Law.Congressional leader Rahul Gandhi, the federal government and the Election Commission, were also appointed as respondents in the petition.
