Openai CEO Sam Altman shared a screenshot of X on Sunday.

Altman has posted a seemingly harmless comment about X, which praises the animated sci-fi show “Pantheon.” The show is a cult favorite with the themes of Tech Surcles and Tackles Themes.

In response, one X user asked if the GPT-5 would also recommend the show. Altman responded with a screenshot, saying, “I know that's yes!”

This is one of the first releases of GPT-5, and is expected to be more powerful than previous models, with a larger context window, taking on more agent tasks and capable of having multimodal capabilities.

According to the screenshot, some things remain the same, like the love of EM dashes in ChatGpt.

With competitors like Google Deepmind, Meta, Xai and Anthropic continuing to pinch their heels, Openai is under pressure to unveil a flashy new model.

The screenshot shows that GPT-5 is at least capable. Accurately integrate information from the Internet. Bott said the Pantheon had “100% critical reviews of rotten tomatoes” and was “brain, emotional and philosophically intense.”

Business Insider confirmed that Rotten Tomatoes has a 100% rating. Reviewing shows on the site uses similar languages. One review describes it as “grip, brain, very high concept.” Another called it “a portrait of a rapidly changing world that pays attention to document the emotional genocide left behind.”
