London and Paris – July 292025 – NTT Data, a global leader in digital business and technology services, and Mistral AI, an innovator of the openweight, high-performance generation AI (Genai) model, today announced plans to jointly sell and deploy secure, private enterprise AI solutions that can promote strategic autonomy for clients.
Companies combine NTT Data's comprehensive Genai and IT services portfolio, global delivery capabilities, industry expertise, and trusted client relationships with Mistral AI solutions and advanced generation AI models.
The first focus area includes:
- Sustainable and safe AI joint development: Companies develop sustainable and extremely safe private AI solutions for organizations in the regulatory sector, such as financial services, insurance, defense, and the public sector. Enterprises offer end-to-end solutions, from infrastructure to business processes with AI applications for clients running in private clouds.
- AI-driven innovation in IT infrastructure and customer experience: Companies will pioneer the integration of Mistral AI Technology's NTT Data customer experience platform from Agent AI call centre solutions in Europe and Asia Pacific. A joint project may include the joint development of LLMS in a particular language. This further increases AI innovation tailored to the local market and professional needs.
- Market expansion: NTT Data and Mistral AI will jointly develop and implement regional to-market strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of countries, including France, Luxembourg, Spain, Singapore and Australia. End-to-end AI services range from use case development and customization to implementation, support and managed services. A dedicated sales team is assigned to address the needs and priorities of key clients.
To promote innovation and implementation excellence, NTT Data establishes the Mistral AI Center of Excellence with subject matter experts and dedicated resources. Additionally, Mistral AI will launch a technical implementation and certification program for NTT data personnel.

One of the first joint projects, Dennemeyer is a leading full-service global provider for intellectual property (IP) management, selecting MISTRAL AI and NTT data to develop AI-driven applications for advanced patent search and analysis, and to develop applications for the technology layer to safely run AI workloads.“Dennemeyer continues to be the driving force behind the digital transformation of the IP industry.
