Nimble Gravity, a global consultancy specializing in AI, data and software engineering, has acquired FOG Solutions, Premier Data and AI companies, the expertise of Microsoft Azure and Databricks and the rapid delivery of AI-enabled and cloud data solutions.

The acquisition brings 50 additional data and AI experts to Nimble Gravity's growing global team, with its base primarily in the US, bringing the company's global footprint to ~250.
