Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) announced that its Eventdex platform has been selected to provide AI-based matchmaking services for the 2026 Connecticut Business Matchmaker, a small business sourcing and networking event hosted in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
This event is scheduled to take place on March 5, 2026 at the Connecticut Convention Center.
The platform is used to schedule one-on-one meetings between small businesses and large contractors such as Pratt & Whitney, General Dynamics Electric, Sikorsky Lockheed Martin, and BAE Systems, as well as representatives from federal, state, and local government agencies.
Each meeting is pre-scheduled for 12 minutes and provides an opportunity for small businesses to present their capabilities directly to procurement professionals.
According to Nextech3D.ai, Eventdex leverages AI-driven matching to align SMB suppliers and buyers based on factors such as capability descriptions, sourcing requirements, certifications, industry alignments, and business readiness metrics. The goal is to create a more structured and appropriate conference schedule, allowing participants to explore potential sourcing opportunities and strengthen regional and national supply chains.
In addition to matching sessions, CT Business Matchmaker also includes training workshops and business expos with lenders, resource partners, and government agencies that support small business growth.
“We appreciate the opportunity to support the SBA and our esteemed partners for the 2026 CT Business Matchmaker,” said Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg. “This event provides an important forum for small businesses looking to engage in federal, state, and prime contractor procurement. Our AI Eventdex platform is designed to help organizers manage complex scheduling requirements and facilitate efficient AI-based matching.”
