AI For Business

East Midlands-based training provider EMA Training has announced a new partnership with Meesh Consulting, a Leicester-based data and AI consultancy that helps businesses implement actionable data and AI solutions.

The award-winning duo have teamed up to launch a new leadership training program, AI and ME. This is an initiative designed to help businesses confidently and effectively deploy and apply AI across their operations.

The announcement comes as EMA Training has been formally approved to deliver a brand new government-backed apprenticeship unit, including AI & ME, our flagship AI leadership program, scheduled to launch in June 2026. These short-term training units are designed to help employers build their AI capabilities, deliver tangible results, and give them the confidence to apply their learning effectively within their business without having to commit to a full apprenticeship program.

Many providers offer these new units, but EMA Training takes a unique approach. The “AI & ME” initiative is not only focused on technological implementation, but also on empowering people. The program focuses on leadership, collaboration, and practical application to help companies integrate AI in ways that enhance rather than replace skills.

Developed in partnership with Meesh Consulting, which has extensive experience in developing and implementing real-world solutions, the program combines EMA’s training expertise with real-world AI and data experience to ensure employers gain commercially relevant insights and actionable strategies.

Tracy Mosley, EMA Training Managing Director, said:

“AI is transforming the way businesses operate, but trust and understanding remain key barriers. AI and Me puts people at the center of that change, helping leaders and teams build the knowledge, confidence and strategy to use AI effectively.

By partnering with Meesh Consulting, we can bring real-world experience into the classroom, helping businesses not only learn about AI, but understand how to apply it in meaningful and sustainable ways. ”

Michelle Williams, Managing Director of Meesh Consulting, added:

“Many companies are unsure not only where to start with AI, but also how to safely and effectively select and implement the right solution. Through this partnership, we bring our real-world experience in developing and implementing data and AI solutions directly into our programs, helping companies confidently turn learning into practical action.”

The AI Leadership Unit is aimed at business owners, directors, senior leadership teams, and managers and is delivered through three focused units. Each unit is designed to provide business owners, senior leaders, and managers with tangible, real-world outcomes.

Additionally, EMA training also offers a complete Level 4 AI apprenticeship, providing a long-term pathway for companies looking to build deeper capabilities across departments and teams.

Starting to roll out in June 2026, EMA training will continue to be at the forefront of AI skills development in the region, supporting businesses to embrace innovation with clarity and confidence.

Employers interested in accessing apprenticeship levy and government-funded training are encouraged to register their interest in EMA training before commencing.
