With REALYTIX ZERO, Munich Re has been providing a cloud-based underwriting platform based on underwriting expertise since 2018, allowing primary insurers, MGAs and brokers to digitize and automate the underwriting of their products. We support you to do so.
Built on the REALYTIX ZERO platform, the new First Officer is Munich Re’s first generative AI capability in an operational environment.
According to the company, the introduction of generative AI further simplifies the application's usability and aims to drive automation in the insurance industry and realize significant cost savings potential.
“In chat, an AI assistant transforms need-specific requests, called prompts, into specific, detailed product suggestions. With seamless transfer and approval in our online product studio, new or modified insurance solutions can be delivered within hours. ” explained Munich Re.
